Ordering, Shipping, Payments, Returns & Privacy

Ordering

When you place an order from Peridot Daisy Creations, most items you will receive items are handmade-to-order just for you! Please understand that unless noted on the listing, I typically DO NOT HAVE items pre-made and ready to ship. 

Depending on my order load, this means you should expect a 1-3 week waiting period (plus shipping time) before receiving your item(s).  The size of your order and the complexity of the items will determine how long it takes, but be assured that all efforts are made to get them to you ASAP!  All items are made in the order they are received.

I will email you once I receive your order to give you an idea of the time frame, so please watch your inbox :)  If you need something sooner, please contact me before placing your order to see if I can get it to you in time.

I am not currently accepting International Orders.

Shipping

Once your item is complete and ready to ship, it will be sent to you via USPS First Class mail with Tracking.  

Shipping charges are flat fees as follows (unless otherwise noted):

United States: $5 for USPS First Class

Payments

Major credit cards are accepted and are processed via Stripe.  You do not need a Stripe account.  Be assured your privacy is protected and your payment information is secured on the Stripe website. 

If you choose to pay with cash, check or money order, do not add items to the Cart.  Instead, contact me via the website with your purchase choices.  Once the money order is received or the check has cleared, your order will be made and shipped according to our Ordering & Shipping policies.

Returns

I stand by my creations 110% and should you ever be dissatisfied for any acceptable reason, please contact me and we will work it out to your satisfaction!

Privacy

Your privacy is paramount!  Peridot Daisy Creations will never use your name, email, phone number or mailing address for any reason whatsoever other than processing your orders and sending your newsletter should you sign up.  Your payment information is secure with Stripe and is not supplied to Peridot Daisy Creations, and any information you supply for the newsletter is secure with Peridot Daisy Creations and MailChimp.
